Ingredients

  • cups extra wide egg noodles hot cooked
  • 1.5 cups less-sodium chicken broth fat-free
  • tablespoons flour all-purpose
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • ounce cup heavy whipping cream sour reduced-fat
  • 1.5 cups onion chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon paprika 
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • pound chicken breasts boneless skinless cut into 1/4-inch strips
  • slices turkey-bacon

Directions

  1. Cook bacon in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until crisp.
  2. Remove bacon from pan; crumble.
  3. Add onion and chicken to drippings in pan; saut 6 minutes.
  4. Add bacon, broth, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes.
  5. Combine the sour cream and flour, stirring until smooth.
  6. Add sour cream mixture to pan, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  7. Serve over egg noodles.
