Ingredients

  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • 0.5 cup butter 
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth 
  • tablespoons dijon mustard 
  • 0.5 cup mirin dry
  • 0.5 cup mirin dry
  • 0.3 cup flour all-purpose
  • teaspoon parsley fresh chopped
  • 0.3 cup cup heavy whipping cream 
  •  juice of lemon 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  •  shallots chopped
  •  chicken breast halves boneless skinless cubed
  • tablespoons dijon mustard stone ground

Directions

  1. In a large, resealable plastic bag, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place cubed chicken in the bag, and shake to coat.
