  • cups spaghetti hot cooked uncooked ( 8 ounces pasta)
  • teaspoon basil dried
  • tablespoons wine dry white
  • cup chicken broth 
  • 1.5 ounces monterrey jack cheese shredded reduced-fat
  • teaspoon olive oil 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • pound chicken breast cut into thin strips
  • 1.5 ounces sun-dried olives packed ( 16)

Directions

  1. Combine broth and tomatoes in a 1-cup glass measure; cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap, and vent. Microwave at high 3 minutes.
  2. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
  3. Drain tomatoes, and finely chop; set aside.
  4. Place chicken and next 5 ingredients (chicken through pepper) in a 2-quart casserole, and stir well. Cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap, and vent. Microwave at HIGH 4 to 5 minutes or until chicken is done, stirring after 2 minutes.
  5. Add tomatoes, spaghetti, and cheese; toss well.
