  • cup onion diced
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  •  garlic clove finely chopped
  • cups chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
  • cups roasted chicken cooked chopped
  • 1.5 cups couscous uncooked
  • 10 oz roasted peppers red drained coarsely chopped
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • tablespoons parsley fresh italian chopped ()
  • teaspoon thyme sprigs fresh chopped

Directions

  1. In 4-quart saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat.

  3. Reduce heat to low. Cover; cook 5 to 7 minutes or until couscous is tender and liquid is absorbed.
