- 1 teaspoon canola oil
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 8 ounces elbow macaroni uncooked
- 0.5 cup milk fat-free
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 0.8 pound ground round
- 2 cups lower-sodium beef broth fat-free
- 4.5 ounces sharp cheddar cheese shredded reduced-fat finely
- 1 cup water

- Heat a Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
- Add oil.
- Add beef and next 4 ingredients; cook 3 minutes.
