  • 16 ounce kidney beans rinsed drained canned
  • 15 ounce tomato sauce canned
  • teaspoons chili powder

  • 10 ounces corn kernels frozen
  • cups elbow macaroni 
  • cups kale thick ( stems removed before slicing)
  • tablespoons nutritional yeast 
  •  onion chopped
  • servings salt and pepper to taste
  • 1.5 cups water
