  • lb ground beef 80% lean (at least )
  • oz rotini pasta uncooked
  • oz cheese shredded taco-flavored
  • 2.3 cups water hot

  3. Heat to boiling, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and simmer 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
  4. Remove from heat; let stand uncovered 5 minutes. Stir in cheese until melted.
  5. Sprinkle with additional chili powder.
