  • 30 oz black beans rinsed canned
  • stalk celery finely chopped
  • oz take spicy chipotle cheddar recipe cheese breadcrumb mix mixed fresh
  • Tbsp knudsen cream sour
  •  lettuce leaves 
  •  slider buns 
  • Tbsp water

Directions

  1. Mash beans with fork in medium bowl.
  2. Add cheese mixture, celery and water; mix well. Shape into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  3. Heat large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat.
  4. Add patties; cook 5 min. on each side or until heated through (160F).
  5. Fill buns with lettuce, burgers, sour cream and avocados.
