  • tablespoons butter melted
  • tablespoon chives fresh chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • 1.3 cups milk 
  • ounces sharp cheddar cheese shredded finely
  • 0.5 cup cup heavy whipping cream sour

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
  2. Combine milk and sour cream; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  3. Drop by 1/4 cupfuls onto a lightly greased baking sheet; brush with butter.
  4. Bake at 425 for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden.
