Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; cook 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in mushrooms; cook 5 minutes. Stir in wine and ham. Bring to a boil; cook 4 minutes.
  3. Place flour in a bowl; gradually add milk, stirring with a whisk until blended.
  4. Add to vegetables; cook until thick (about 3 minutes), stirring frequently. Stir in pasta and remaining ingredients.
