  • 1.5 teaspoons double-acting baking powder 
  • 7.5 oz blueberries 
  • teaspoon cinnamon 
  • large eggs 
  • 1.5 cups flour all-purpose
  • cup brown sugar light packed
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoons butter unsalted cooled melted
  • 0.5 cup milk whole

Directions

  1. Put oven rack in middle position and preheat oven to 400°F. Put liners in muffin cups.
  2. Whisk together butter, brown sugar, milk, and egg in a bowl until combined well.
  3. Whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
  4. Add milk mixture and stir until just combined. Fold in blueberries gently.
  5. Divide batter among muffin cups and bake until golden brown and a wooden pick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes.
