  • 0.3 cup butter softened
  • Tbsp calumet baking powder 
  • oz philadelphia chive & onion cream cheese spread 
  •  eggs 
  • Tbsp flour 
  • pkg regular corn frozen divided thawed (1 lb. each)
  • cup half-and-half 
  • cup pasilla peppers mixed green red chopped
  • 0.3 cup sugar

  • oven
  • toothpicks

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Reserve 1 cup corn. Process remaining corn with all remaining ingredients except peppers in food processor until blended.
  3. Pour into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray; stir in peppers and reserved corn.
  4. Bake 50 to 55 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  5. Let stand 10 min. before serving.
