  • large avocado thinly sliced
  • cup cheese dressing blue
  • slices bacon cooked
  • cups lettuce shredded
  • 0.3 cup olive oil vinaigrette 
  •  plum tomatoes sliced
  • ounce sharp cheddar cheese 
  •  hoagie rolls split lightly toasted
  • 0.8 pound turkey cooked thinly sliced
