  • 0.5 cup butter softened
  • 1.5 cups coconut or flaked
  • cups cornflakes cereal 
  •  eggs 
  • 0.8 cup flour all-purpose
  • teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 0.5 cup sugar white

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Cream the butter with the brown sugar and white sugars.
  3. Add the eggs and the vanilla and beat well.
  4. Mix in the flour until well combined. Stir in the corn flakes and the coconut. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 8 to 10 minutes.
