  • tablespoon butter melted
  • large eggs lightly beaten
  • cup flour all-purpose
  • cup milk 1% low-fat
  • tablespoon blackstrap molasses 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoon sugar 
  • 0.3 cup cornmeal yellow
