  • 1.3 cups sugar divided
  • large eggs room temperature
  • cups flour all-purpose
  • teaspoon double-acting baking powder 
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • cup buttermilk 
  • tablespoon ground cinnamon
