  • 0.3 cup butter 
  • pound flake crab meat finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup cucumber peeled finely chopped
  • quart fish stock hot
  • 0.5 cup flour all-purpose
  • quart half-and-half hot
  • 0.5 cup onion finely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper white
  • tablespoon rhine wine

Directions
