  • ounces crab meat canned
  • tablespoon chives 
  • ounces cream cheese fat free
  •  eggs 
  • 1.5 lbs fish fillets your favorite
  • tablespoons mayonnaise low-fat
  • teaspoon all the tabasco sauce you handle your favorite

  • toothpicks
  • aluminum foil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.2
  2. Mix crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, hot sauce, breadcrumbs, chives and egg in a mixing bowl .3
