Ingredients

  • tablespoon yeast dry
  • 0.3 teaspoon baking soda 
  • 1.5 cups bread flour 
  • tablespoons butter softened
  • 0.8 cup buttermilk (70° to 80°)
  • tablespoons cracked wheat 
  • tablespoons honey 
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt 
  • 1.5 cups water 
  • 1.5 cups flour whole wheat

  2. Drain; cool for 15 minutes.
