Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups cranberries fresh chopped
  • tablespoons cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • 0.8 teaspoon ginger fresh grated
  • 5.3 oz spreadable goat cheese 
  • 1.5 tablespoons jalapeno fresh minced
  • 25 servings garnish: roasted salted shelled (pumpkin seeds)
  • tablespoons sugar 
  • 25 servings canapé toast squares

Directions

  1. Stir together first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Let stand 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spread each toast square with cheese, and top with a small spoonful of cranberry mixture.
  5. Note: We tested with Chavrie Original Mild Goat Cheese.
