  • 0.3 teaspoon baking soda 
  • 0.3 cup brown sugar 
  • 0.5 cup butter melted
  • teaspoon cinnamon 
  • 0.8 cup cranberries dried

  • cup flour 
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground nutmeg 
  • 0.8 cup old-fashioned rolled oats 
  • 0.8 cup pecans 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease 11x7 inch baking pan.
  2. Pour melted butter into a mixing bowl, and beat in the egg, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and pumpkin pie spice together in a separate mixing bowl. Stir the flour mixture into the butter mixture until thoroughly blended.
  3. Mix in the cranberries, pecans, and oats until evenly blended. Press mixture into prepared baking dish.
  4. Bake in preheated oven until top is dry and edges slightly pull away from the sides of the pan, 13 to 15 minutes. Cool before cutting into squares.
