  • 0.3 cup butter melted
  • 12 ounce cream cheese softened
  •  eggs beaten
  • 10  graham crackers crushed
  • 0.5 teaspoon juice of lemon 
  • cup cup heavy whipping cream sour
  • teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 3.5 tablespoons sugar white

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. To Make Crust: In a small bowl, mix together crushed graham crackers and melted butter or margarine. Press mixture into bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie pan.
  3. To Make Filling: In a medium mixing bowl whip cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in 3/4 cup sugar, then add eggs, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, and lemon juice.
  4. Mix until smooth.
  5. Pour into crust.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until set around edges.
  7. Remove and cool 5 minutes.
  8. Mix together sour cream, 3 1/2 tablespoons sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
  9. Spread over top of pie and return to oven for 10 minutes. Chill at least 5 hours before serving.
