  •  skinned and boned chicken breast halves cut into bite-size pieces
  • servings cornbread waffles 
  • 10.8 ounce cream of chicken and mushroom soup undiluted canned
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  •  poblano chile peppers diced seeded
  • teaspoon salt 
  • ounce sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • ounce cup heavy whipping cream sour
  • large onion sweet chopped
