Ingredients

  • oz angel hair pasta uncooked (capellini)
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • cup feta cheese crumbled
  •  garlic clove minced
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • tablespoon oregano dried fresh chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.8 lb scallops fresh thawed drained
  • medium tomatoes diced peeled seeded
  • cup whipping cream

Directions

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package.
  2. Drain; place in large serving bowl.
  3. Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  4. Add scallops, tomatoes and garlic; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook about 2 minutes or just until surface of scallops turns opaque, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in cream and oregano. Bring just to a boil.
  6. Add to hot pasta in bowl; toss gently to mix.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese. If desired, garnish each serving with sprig of fresh oregano.
