Ingredients

  • 24 oz regular corn frozen
  • 19 oz burrito sized tortillas frozen with garlic & herb sauce
  • tablespoon vegetable oil 
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped
  • cup chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
  • cups chicken shredded cooked
  • oz chilis green chopped canned
  • 12 oz evaporated milk canned
  • serving cream sour
  • serving spring onion chopped

Directions

  1. Cook frozen vegetables as directed on bags, using minimum cook time.
  2. In 6-quart saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Cook onion in oil until tender.
  3. Add remaining chowder ingredients including cooked vegetables with sauce.
  4. Heat just to boiling, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low; simmer uncovered about 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  5. Serve hot with toppings.
