  • 1.5 cups water 
  • tablespoon chervil dried fresh chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 10 ounces savory vegetable mixed frozen
  • ounces bottled clam juice 
  • tablespoons flour all-purpose
  • ounces cream sour with chives
  • cup processed cheese food shredded
  • ounces tuna flaked drained canned
