  • 12 servings bourbon sauce 
  • 16 oz day-old bread loaf french cubed
  • 0.3 cup butter softened cut into 1/2-inch cubes and
  • oz pineapple crushed drained canned
  • large eggs lightly beaten
  • 24 oz evaporated milk canned
  • cup raisins 
  • large delicious apple red grated unpeeled
  • 1.5 cups sugar 
  • tablespoons vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Whisk together evaporated milk, eggs, and 1 cup water in a large bowl until well blended.

  4. Pour into a greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish.
