  • tablespoons butter 
  • 2.5 cups rice cereal crispy crushed rice krispies® (such as )
  •  eggs 
  • 10 servings salt and ground pepper black to taste
  • 0.3 cup olive oil extra-virgin
  • 1.3 pounds chicken breasts boneless skinless cut into 20 pieces
  • tablespoons water

Directions

  1. Beat egg, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.
  2. Pour crushed cereal into a separate bowl. Coat chicken pieces in egg mixture. Press chicken pieces into cereal until coated.
