  • 20 ounces tuna drained canned
  • 21.5 ounces cream of mushroom soup fat free 98% canned (Regular or )
  • cups egg noodles cooked drained
  • tablespoons breadcrumbs dry
  • cup milk 
  • cups peas frozen
