Ingredients

  • cup couscous 
  • cup vegetable stock 
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  •  roma tomatoes diced ()
  • 0.5 cup onion red minced ()
  • teaspoon mint leaves chopped ()
  • tablespoon parsley chopped ()
  • tablespoons balsamic vinegar white
  • oz feta cheese crumbled

Directions
