Ingredients

  • ounces rotini pasta uncooked
  • 0.5 cup salad dressing 
  • 0.3 cup yogurt plain sour
  • tablespoon optional: dill dried fresh chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground mustard 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 2.3 ounces olives ripe drained sliced canned ()
  • tablespoons spring onion thinly sliced
  • cups zucchini thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup carrots thinly sliced
  • 0.7 pound fish fillet smoked flaked
