Ingredients

  • 140 fruit dried (we used apricots, cherries and sultanas)
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon 
  • 300 ml apple juice 
  • 200 greek yogurt fat-free
  • 100 cereal 

Equipment

  • frying pan

Directions

  1. Put the dried fruit into a small pan with the cinnamon and apple juice, give everything a stir then simmer for 5 mins until the apple juice is syrupy.
  2. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
  3. Divide the yogurt between 4 bowls then top with the compote and granola.
