  • 0.5 cup baby spinach 
  •  brioche hamburger buns toasted
  •  duck egg 
  •  to 2 rings onion red
  • strips bell pepper smoked red
  • tablespoon cup heavy whipping cream sour

    2. Spread the mixture on both sides of the bun. Fry the egg sunny-side up. Top the bottom of the bun with the spinach, red pepper, onion, and egg.
