  • large eggs at room temperature
  • 0.7 cup flour all-purpose
  • servings lemon wedges 
  • teaspoon lemon zest grated
  • 0.1 teaspoon nutmeg grated
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup sugar 
  • 0.5 stick butter unsalted cut into pieces
  • 0.3 teaspoon vanilla extract pure
  • 0.7 cup milk whole at room temperature

Directions

  1. Put skillet on middle rack of oven and preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Stir together sugar and zest in a small bowl.
