Ingredients

  • 13.8 oz pizza dough refrigerated canned
  • 0.3 cup part-skim ricotta 
  • 0.5 teaspoon herbs de provence 
  • cup roasted chicken cooked chopped
  • oz pizza cheese shredded italian

Directions

  1. Place baking stone in oven.
  2. Heat oven to 425°F.
  3. Let stone heat in oven 30 minutes.
  4. On pizza peel sprinkled with cornmeal, unroll dough.
  5. Spread ricotta cheese evenly over dough to about 1/2 inch from edge.
  6. Sprinkle with herbs de Provence.
  7. Sprinkle chicken over half of dough; top chicken with cheese blend.
  8. Fold dough in half over filling to form pocket; press edges to seal. Slide calzone onto heated baking stone.
  9. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
