  • 0.5 cup flour all-purpose
  • 0.3 cup granulated sugar 
  • 1.5 cups cornmeal yellow finely
  • teaspoon salt fine
  • tablespoons butter unsalted melted plus more for coating the baking dish ()
  • 1.5 cups milk whole

Directions
