  • cup tomatoes chopped
  • 0.5 cup zucchini chopped
  • 0.3 cup baking mix bisquick heart smart®

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400F. Lightly spray 9x5-inch (1 1/2-quart) glass loaf dish with cooking spray.
  2. Sprinkle zucchini, tomato, onion and cheese in dish.

  4. Pour over vegetables and cheese.
  5. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
