  • cloves garlic minced
  •  green onions sliced
  • oz philadelphia neufchatel cheese softened
  • small tomatoes chopped
  • 10 servings wheat snack crackers reduced-fat thin

Directions

  1. Mix Neufchatel and garlic until well blended.
  2. Spread onto bottom of shallow serving bowl or 9-inch pie plate; top with tomatoes, onions and cheddar. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
  3. Serve with crackers.
