  • 0.3 cup brown sugar light packed
  • pounds peaches firm pitted ripe halved cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices ( 6 medium peaches)
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt fine
  • 0.3 cup yogurt plain
  • tablespoons butter unsalted cold cut into small pieces ()
  • 0.3 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 425°F and arrange a rack in the middle.
  2. Place the brown sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, vanilla, and salt in a large bowl and whisk to combine.
