  • box brownie mix dark
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil 
  •  eggs 
  • 0.5 cup whipping cream (heavy)
  • tablespoon sugar

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°. Spray pie plate, 9x1 1/4 inches, with cooking
  2. spray.
  3. Mash 1 cup of the raspberries, using fork. Stir mashed
  4. raspberries, brownie mix, oil and eggs in large bowl until blended. Stir in
  5. /2 cup whole raspberries.
  6. Spread in pie plate.
  7. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from
  8. side of pie plate comes out almost clean. Cool completely, at least 1
  9. hour.
  10. Beat whipping cream and sugar in chilled small bowl with electric
  11. mixer on high speed until soft peaks form.
  12. Serve brownie wedges with
  13. whipped cream and remaining 1 1/2 cups raspberries.
