  • cup oats 
  • 0.5 cup raisins 
  • 0.5 cup sunflower seeds raw unsalted
  • 0.5 cup walnut pieces chopped
  • 0.5 cup wheat germ toasted
  • 0.3 cup pastry flour whole-wheat

Directions
