  • Tbsp calumet baking powder

  • cup flour 
  • 0.1 tsp salt 
  • 0.8 cup sugar 
  • Tbsp sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder and salt in medium bowl; set aside. Beat butter and 3/4 cup sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in extract.
  4. Add flour mixture; beat just until blended.
  5. Spread into greased 9-inch round cake pan. Top with apricot slices; sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. sugar.
  6. Bake 40 to 45 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.
