  • 2.3 ounces flour all-purpose
  • 0.3 cup granulated sugar 
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 0.5 cup regular oats 
  • pounds plums ripe chopped
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup slivered almonds 
  • 1.5 pounds cherries sweet pitted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 40
  2. Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife.
  3. Combine flour, brown sugar, and almonds in a food processor; pulse 5 times or until blended.
  4. Add oats, butter, cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon salt; pulse 5 times or until mixture is crumbly. Set aside.
  5. Combine plums and remaining ingredients except cooking spray in a large bowl; toss well. Spoon plum mixture into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  6. Sprinkle with oat mixture.
  7. Bake at 400 for 35 minutes or until bubbly.
