  • large eggs lightly beaten
  • tablespoons goat cheese 
  • pound cherry tomatoes halved
  • teaspoon honey 
  • servings kosher salt 
  • 14 ounce puff pastry frozen thawed
  • 0.3 cup ricotta cheese

Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 400°F and arrange a rack in the middle. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
