  • lb ground beef 80% lean (at least )
  • box beef pasta skillet meal 
  • cup water hot
  • cups milk 
  • tablespoon butter 
  •  eggs 
  • serving salt and pepper

Directions

  1. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until brown; drain.
  2. Stir in sauce mix (from Hamburger Helper box) and hot water until dissolved. Stir in milk and uncooked pasta (from Hamburger Helper box).
  3. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
  4. Reduce heat. Cover; simmer about 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
  5. Meanwhile, in 10-inch nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Crack eggs into skillet. Cook 2 minutes; turn, and cook about 2 minutes longer or until whites are set.
  6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  7. Top pasta mixture with eggs, and serve.
