- 2 cups pasta like spaghetti hot cooked uncooked ( 4 ounces pasta)
- 4 large egg whites
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons basil fresh chopped
- 2 cups leek thinly sliced
- 0.3 cup milk 1% low-fat
- 0.3 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon stick margarine divided
- 1.5 ounces swiss cheese shredded
- 1.5 cups zucchini diced

Directions
- Heat 1 1/2 teaspoons butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add leek and zucchini; saut 6 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Combine milk and next 5 ingredients (milk through eggs) in a bowl; stir with a whisk. Stir in leek mixture and spaghetti.
- Preheat broiler.
- Heat 1 1/2 teaspoons butter in skillet over low heat.
- Add egg mixture. Cover; cook 10 minutes or until almost set. Top with cheese. Wrap handle of skillet with foil. Broil 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
