  • 0.5 cup almonds sliced
  • cup fruit mixed dried chopped
  • cup golden raisins 
  • 1.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon 
  • 0.5 cup honey 
  • 0.3 cup nonfat milk dry
  • cups regular oats 
  • 0.3 cup orange juice 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoons sesame seed 
  • 0.3 cup sunflower seed kernels 
  • 0.5 cup cranberries dried sweetened
  • teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • teaspoons vegetable oil 
  • 0.5 cup honey-crunch wheat germ toasted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Combine the honey and orange juice in a small saucepan over medium heat, and cook 4 minutes or until warm.
  4. Add the oil and vanilla; stir with a whisk.
  5. Pour honey mixture over oat mixture, and toss well.
  6. Spread oat mixture onto a jelly-roll pan coated with cooking spray.
  7. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes; stir.
  8. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until crisp. Cool in pan.
  9. Place oat mixture in a large bowl; stir in dried fruits.
