  • cups baking mix bisquick heart smart®
  • 0.5 cup milk 
  • tablespoon sugar 
  •  eggs 
  • oz yogurt yoplait® (any fruit flavor)
  • serving fruit fresh

Directions

  1. Heat griddle or skillet; grease if necessary. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk, sugar, eggs and 1 container yogurt until blended (batter will be thick).
  2. Pour batter by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle.
  3. Spread batter slightly.
  4. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden brown.
  5. Serve topped with fruit and additional yogurt.
