Ingredients

  • tablespoon flour 
  • teaspoon olive oil 
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic 
  • 7.3 oz roasted peppers red drained well
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 1.3 cups skim milk 
  •  chicken breast halves boneless skinless
  • oz pasta like spaghetti uncooked

Directions

  1. Cook spaghetti to desired doneness as directed on package.
  2. Drain; cover to keep warm.
  3. Meanwhile, in blender container or food processor bowl with metal blade, combine roasted peppers, milk, flour and salt; blend until smooth.
  4. Sprinkle chicken evenly with garlic-pepper blend. Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. Heat over medium-high heat until hot.
  6. Add chicken; cover and cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until browned, fork-tender and juices run clear.
  7. Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  8. Add roasted pepper mixture to skillet; cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in oil.
  9. Serve sauce over chicken and spaghetti.
