This sauce is not only vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free, but it also boasts a tantalizing combination of fresh ingredients that will elevate your culinary creations. With a preparation time of just 240 minutes, you can create a sauce that is bursting with the essence of ripe plum tomatoes and aromatic garlic.

The process begins with the careful blanching of tomatoes, ensuring that their skins slip off effortlessly, revealing the juicy goodness within. As the garlic sizzles in extra-virgin olive oil, it transforms into a golden delight, infusing the sauce with a warm, inviting aroma. The addition of hot red-pepper flakes adds a subtle kick, making this sauce a perfect companion for pasta, pizza, or even as a dipping sauce for crusty bread.

What’s more, this Garlic Tomato Sauce is incredibly versatile. If fresh tomatoes are out of season, you can easily substitute them with canned San Marzano tomatoes, ensuring that you can enjoy this delicious sauce year-round. With a caloric breakdown that highlights its wholesome ingredients, this sauce is not only a treat for your taste buds but also a guilt-free option for your meals. Prepare to savor the homemade goodness that will leave everyone asking for seconds!
